Earl Paus is an American actor, singer & dancer based in the West Coast. His eclectic style matches his personality and he loves to smile. He brings his individuality to every collaboration. Earl thrives in diverse projects that take risks, confront complex challenges, and tell stories rarely covered in traditional media. He believes entertainment can transcend and heal cultural wounds, facilitate lasting social change and inspire audiences to reach their highest potential.
Earl was Nominated a Theater Bay Area Award for Best Male Actor in a musical including; Hair, West Side Story, and Pippin. He completed his BA in Acting at SFSU's School of Theatre & Dance emphasizing on Art for Social Change & Post-Modern Dance. He trained with SF Mime Troupe and New York’s SITI Company. Annually, in New York, Earl performs with Original Cockette Rumi Missabu at the Judson Memorial Church in Manhattan- an incubator for experimental dance.
Earl's titillating cabaret collective "Palace of Trash", an offshoot of the recently dismantled Hypnodrome Theater (specializing in Theater of the Absurd & Ridiculous), presents a monthly show in honor of The Cockettes every 3rd Sunday at The Stud in SF.
